Engagements.

Pragma sells three engagement shapes. Each is scoped to a specific stage of the FedRAMP journey. Quotes come from the canonical price book — no improvised discounts. Tell us your authorization timeline and where your docs are today.

    SSP Sprint
    Lump sum. 50% on signing / 50% on delivery.

    6–8 weeks

    OSCAL-native SSP rebuild for one service. We take your draft SSP — whatever state it is in — and return a versioned, OSCAL-compliant artifact checked into your repository. Includes OSCAL component definitions, an ATO milestone plan, and a 3PAO handoff packet.

    When to quote: Customer is FedRAMP In Process or planning. SSP currently in Word. 3PAO selected or in selection.

    ATO Acceleration
    40% / 30% / 30%, net-30/60/90 receivables.
    $300–500K
    Milestone-based (typically 4–6 months)

    Full authorization push. Covers all documentation engineering from initial OSCAL build through 3PAO assessment — continuous narrative engineering, 3PAO liaison, drift remediation, evidence packaging, and an executive dashboard against the milestone plan.

    When to quote: Customer has a clean SSP, 3PAO assessment is on the calendar, target ATO date inside 6 months.

    Continuous ConMon
    Monthly invoice, net-30.

    Monthly retainer

    Drift suite runs in your CI on every PR. Monthly deviation report with scored findings. The SSP, POA&M, OSCAL artifacts, and control narratives stay current as the codebase evolves. Quarterly re-scoring on current methodology versions.

    When to quote: Customer is Authorized (or near-authorized post-Acceleration) and needs to maintain readiness through ConMon cycles.

Founding-50 anchor offer

Early access.

The first anchor customer cohort (founding-50) is offered a free SSP Sprint in exchange for a logo, a joint case study, and reference rights. If internal procurement requires a paid engagement, a pilot at 30% of list is available. Anchor pricing is a one-time offer — it reverts to the GA price book at month seven of the engagement.

Discounting policy

The SSP Sprint price is not discounted outside the anchor program. ATO Acceleration and ConMon can be structured with multi-engagement pricing when a customer commits to multiple SKUs in the same SOW — ask us for the volume-alignment terms.

Contracts

All engagements run on a Statement of Work. A simple MSA covers first-time engagements under $300K. SOWs above $300K add a custom MSA and require the $5M Tech E&O cyber-liability policy bound before signature.
