These terms govern your use of this website (pragma.wentzel.ai) and the free Specshift evaluation tools it hosts, both operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Wentzel”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms, our Privacy & Cookies notice, and the posture described on our Trust & Securitypage. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it and “you” means that organisation.

Pragma’s documentation-engineering engagements (SSP Sprint, ATO Acceleration, and Continuous ConMon) are sales-led. There is no self-serve checkout: pricing is quoted through the contact page, and each engagement is governed by a signed Statement of Work (“SOW”) or master services agreement. Where a signed SOW or agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails for that engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by payment.
The evaluation tool fetches the documentation URL you submit, runs the four Specshift suites against it, and returns a scorecard (and emails a PDF report if you supply an address). Submit only documentation you are authorised to have evaluated, and do not use the tools to probe systems you do not control, to circumvent the published rate limits, or to disrupt the service. Scores are informational: a Specshift score is not a certification, an endorsement, or a determination that any documentation or system meets a regulatory standard.
The chat concierge answers questions from Pragma’s published site copy using a large language model. Its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not legal, security, or compliance advice, and do not bind Wentzel. Do not paste confidential or personal information into it; the Privacy & Cookies notice explains how concierge messages are processed.
Leaderboard entries are published from Specshift evaluation results. If you believe an entry is wrong, use the Leaderboard Dispute Policy and the dispute form; rankings are not altered outside that process.
The site, its copy, and the Specshift methodology text are owned by Wentzel Investments LLC or its licensors. Open-source Pragma components are licensed under the MIT licence and Specshift Cloud is source-available, each under the licence that ships with the code; those licences, not these terms, govern that software. You keep all rights to the documentation you submit for evaluation and grant Wentzel only the limited, non-exclusive licence needed to fetch and evaluate it and to deliver the results to you. Deliverables produced under an engagement are owned as the SOW provides.
Pragma is the vehicle that helps your platform reach FedRAMP authorization; any authorization attaches to your system, never to Pragma, and nothing on this site is a FedRAMP claim about Pragma itself. Wentzel Investments LLC is SOC 2 Aligned (self-assessment); auditor engagement is pending and no SOC 2 report has been issued. Using the site, the tools, or an engagement does not by itself make you compliant with, or authorized under, any law or framework; compliance remains your responsibility, informed by your own counsel and assessors.
The site and the free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a signed SOW. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wentzel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of the site, the tools, or an engagement. Wentzel’s total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid under the SOW for the services giving rise to the claim; for the free site and tools it is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Personal data collected through this site is handled as described in the Privacy & Cookies notice, and the sub-processors we rely on are listed on the Trust & Security page. Where an engagement involves personal data that Wentzel processes on your behalf, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request and, once signed, forms part of the SOW. Request it through the contact page; there is no self-serve DPA download.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a signed SOW provides otherwise.
We may update these terms as the site and the tools evolve. Material changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date before they take effect, and parties to a signed SOW are notified directly. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or to hello@pragma.wentzel.ai.
